House Refurbishment

This refurbishment took place within a conservation area and therefore options for structural changes were limited. However, we built an extension to the side and rear of the main building, blending in the brickwork to replicate existing colour scheme and ensuring a seamless connection between old and new.

The living space downstairs was optimised by creating a downstairs utility room and adding a kitchen/diner area to the rear.  An island was added to enable the owners to cook and entertain at the same time.

Outside we built a gym area which includes spa, running machine and built in mini-kitchen.
